The firm, Lazo, Moel, y Garcia, S.C., was founded in 1963 as “Lazo
Mendizabal, Camarena Font Reaulx y Jimenez Remus”  for the purpose of
offering professional and legal counseling services in several areas to national
as well as foreign clients. The firm currently, has four partners, eleven
associates, seven attorneys and nine law clerks that through our offices in
Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta, as well as association agreements with law
firms throughout the western part of the country, Monterrey and Mexico City
offer their services in the following areas.

The partners and associates of the firm in addition to being members of the
Mexican Bar Association and having the certification of the Adversarial
System, are currently professors at the School of Law at the Pan American
University, Guadalajara Campus as well as at the School of Law at the
University of Guadalajara.
